Nice explanation. Looks like MERS didn't do their homework, of never considered that the worst case scenario would come to pass. A new feeding frenzy for scum lawyers.

Alvie C, this is an awesome video! We need more like this from Hamleteers! If we each could do a video of our own personal situations (set to be viewed by our friends, not necessarily everyone), we could learn much about each other and perhaps offer a little more help. This video cleared up many misconceptions for me that I have been struggling with for several months (I'm a new-comer to this foreclosure fight...case is 4 mo old). Sometimes, a visual picture is all it takes for the "lightbulb" to go on so we understand! Your word pictures, such as "Humpty Dumpty" speaks a thousand words! I hope you make more videos! You are great at explaining things! For people new to this entire war need someone who can explain things in a simple, effective way.
