The jusdge did not even ask to see any documents I challenged the other side on...She did not have a Note, Any assignments...only what I sent them!

Judge said "What difference does it make??? Judgment Granted!!!

I am in hopes they allow the Motion to Vacate Sale and Judgment on grounds of FRAUD! I did not get a fair trial at all...Judge already had a Pre-Judgment before I sat down. Judge Ross below Broward County Florida

Has this fraud case been to court and settled yet? I'm doubting it since the date on the video was Jan. 23, 2010. Right?
