I Appreciate finding a website Dedicated to Sharing information on this Frustrating Situation... Bankers are literally just Stealing Properties in some cases, and the Judicial System is just Turning a Blind Eye to Notorious Violations of the Law.... and telling folks they are out of luck... i say "No Kidding".

i will be contributing what i can, after i read through some of the very interesting content that i see before me, and when i get a better feel for what will be Useful to the Folks Here.

Our case shows that judges - including the United States Supreme Court, are unwilling to stem the tide of fraudulent foreclosures being perpetrated by banks. See Ronald Williams et al. v. JPMorgan Chase Bank et al. USDC, Nev Dist No. 2:10-cv-00118 PMP-PAL, USDCA No. 10-16102 and United States Supreme Court No. 12-159. The cert petition was denied without comment. Probably because among our claims with evidence was that the subject Federal Judge had dismissed our complaint while violating 18 U.S.C. 1951 in a manner proscribed by 18 U.S.C. 1961 and 1961. To compensate for JPMorgan Chase Bank's inability to produce our note and trust deed while claimingt to possess them, the Federal Judge simply made an Order that falsely specifies the existence of "loan documents" in the Record that could be used in lieu of our note, to compel mortgage payments and initiate a non-judicial foreclosure. We are looking for counsel to consult with because I am prepared to continue to proceed in pro se. RICO%20ALL%20New.docx

My husband is a WWll, Korean Vet, he had a stroke 5 years ago & our family business went downhill , I have tried numerous VA assistance programs with no help & we are facing eviction any day  now, are there any organizations that we may contact to save our house, I have tried Freddie Mac several wks ago with no reply, any person that I could email directly?

Glad to hear that someone else from the sight is from ME.  Since this issue all revolves around the state laws, good to connect to someone who fights the same battles.  Not sure who you are fighting against, but I am fighting the "Evil Empire" JPM.  They ended up servicing my mortgage from the WAMU fire sale....

I'll touch base with any insights I learn....

I am located in a Judicial State, FL. I defaulted on my loan on Oct 1, 2008. I contacted the servicer American Servicing Company and asked them who holds the note since I had found the original lender went BK. They couldn’t tell me because they had no clue nor were they interested in finding out for me. I was informed that they handle all requests for any modifications. And it would be relayed to the lender LOL.

After spending about 4 weeks researching their company I found blog after blog with horror stories of people losing their homes while they thought they were in modification process. So in Dec of 2008 I hired an attorney to contact them to get the info that I would need to speak to the right people.

The response came in the form of a summons the first week of Jan 2009! The trustee US Bank National Trustee I NEVER heard of before now claims they have standings to foreclosure even thought they admitted in the complaint that they lost the Note and Mortgage.

I have been fighting them since and they have not gotten one step closer in proving their standings.
