Hello Chichi, Are you organizing the Feb 3 candlelight vigil (Deutsche Bank Fraudclosure?). I am with a German tv program doing a story about Deutsche Bank und the properties they own in Florida. Trying to find people whose property (current or former) was or is DB's and who got their mortgage through New Century, Fremont or Long Beach. And I was wondering if the county is not trying to get Deutsche Bank to take care of the properties. Is that an issue? Thanks Chichi. Karin
chi chi.. Its not that I wasn't impressed so much as saddened. The attorney that I spoke with (chris) was very negative or just plain honest, don't know which one. He said that Ice has only one just one case, and that they don't touch Respa Tila violations or Fraud allegations.... well now I don't know bout you.. but that is what we are trying to default these banks on is respa tila and fraud.
I will pass on Ice this time, and I will be talking to other attorneys this week that "get it."
