My original loan was with CU Members Mortgage, then Countrywide, then Bank of America Home Loans, then assigned to US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUST, SALE-2006-3.

I have to go out of the country for a few days, ( family demands), and will be back on the 22nd. so will be out of touch email and internet wise. But I didn't want you to think that I wasn't giving your kind response the attention it deserved. my partner alex and I are digging deeper and deeper into this and it is truly gross. when I get back I will be following up on all your good info, and, no doubt, there will be lots more.

would love a chance to compare notes via phone then if you would like or you can call alex (farmer) at 813-406-1587 if you want to chat prior to my return.

Looking forward to sticking to these bastards and I know together we can do it, yay for the internet. We have some good info on strategies, The AG's office here in fla is doing a investigation of service fraud, there is some interesting insurance stuff that's not legally required either, MERS of course, etc etc.

the assignment was prepared by Law office of david stern in palnataion FL. The filing was in Hillsborough County FL
