BANK REMOVED FORGED NOTE TO AVOID AUTHENTICITY TESTING

.....On Friday, September 24, 2010, only eight days after the Summary Judgment
hearing, Appellant, Lewis Lyttle, went to the Clerk's office with his specialized
equipment to inspect the “original note” in the court file. The Clerk brought Appellant
the file but the “original note” was not in it. The Clerk advised Appellant that she would
try to locate the document. (R. I/119, para. 5) Appellant returned to the Clerk on Friday,
October 1, 2010 to inspect the “original note”. This time, two different clerks assisted him in searching for the “original note”. The clerks concluded that the note was not in
the file and was not in the courthouse. (R. I/120, para. 6) .....................

Comment by Shelley Erickson on July 7, 2012 at 1:55pm: The bank BOA removed all my sons fraud assignments from county records also, However I had the copies in the court already so they are screwed. The lawyers for RECONTRUST AND MERS AND BOA sent a letter to him asking for his approval to be representing Countrywide instead of all the above. Only after he motioned for affirmation of proof of authourity to represent. They know their asses are on the line with that request and he objected of course.

Comment by Shelley Erickson on April 3, 2012 at 6:52pm: Need to file fraud upon the court and open new case when you can. In some cases you dont let three years go by before you file. Some crimes have extended statutes. Fraud upon the court is timeless. This is all fraud upon the court. This case is like my city case. All the exhibits I filed disappeared from the court files.

Comment by albert on April 3, 2012 at 5:30pm: yes, this is not my case, but happened with my older brother stolen house, in fact, the complete file disappeared, i have been in court asking for this file 4 times and have the yellow request paper , they can't find it.and they don't tell this info/. all this fraud docs, are from shapiro and fishman.EMC, lasalle bank ...

also for out actual case, there is no complaint(there is no way to know what the original complaint says), no exhibits nothing of the original documentation received here on file...old mafia trick....removing the evidence from this court...

and there is no even one transaction to proof at least one indorsement of this "note" there is no chain of title.. this pretender "attorney" responded the cahin of title is irrelevant and also do not nee an assignment because has the note...by the way this lost note magically appeared after 2 years...........you know the same argument they are using .....

this are low life rats.

Comment by 2 Pirates over 40 on April 3, 2012 at 10:36am: Find out from the clerks office in person who was the last person or persons to look at the file, most clerks offices have a request sheet that has to be filled out when requesting to look at the file, that should lead you to whom ever removed the so called original note.....

Comment by Phred Maldonaldo on April 2, 2012 at 4:19pm: Judge Mark J. Hill, of Lake County, Fl, apparently makes up evidence for banksters according to Appellate Court. He comes up for re-election in 2014. After reading the Appellate Court ruling, he should be dismissed on ethics charges and lose his retirement.

Anyone who has a foreclosure in his court should ask him to recuse himself lest he commit another breech of ethics and cite the case above.
