What is Bill McCollums true intent?

Trust me, watch Bill McCollum very closely, as he holds the key to completely selling out our dreams. If this career politician decides to represent that all of our allegations are mere technicalities, that the bank are now working to correct these and they will, then I can gurantee you that federal legislation will instantly “appear,” retroactively protecting the banks from any and all risk of damages!

As for President Obama and his staff, they are too pathetic to comment on. We are now going into two years of his “Yes we Can Campaign” and yet we have not seen one conviction related to the largest Ponzi Scheme in the nations history.

When Attorney Generals across the nation asked for a national moratorium, Obama’s staff response was: allow the banks to “cure” (in other words make believe you fix the fraud and we will make it legally right for you) the “mistakes” all while speeding up the foreclosure process to full speed ahead. Let us not forget that this brain dead President will soon have the intestinal fortitude to ask the tax payers for an additional 300 billion, or more, of tax payer dollars, for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, all while he throws the tax payers to the streets!

My wife and I have been fighting against the Foreclosure mill of David J Stern since 2005; exposing his fraudulent assignment of mortgages, his fraudulent affidavits in support of Summary Judgments and their straw buyers through fraudulent REO sales. We were also the first to provide the Stern Whistle Blowers which eventually led to the depositions that now abound on the internet.

Yet, last week, on October 28, 2010, our house was sold at auction to the plaintiff for $100.00, wow what a surprise. We relied on the FL Attorney General, as we currently have a criminal affidavit against David J Stern and the Law Offices of David J Stern that is being investigated by the FL AG Office, just to end up being abandoned. We have nothing but praise for June Clarkson and Theresa Edwards, of the FL AG Economics Crime Division, yet when it comes to Bill McCollum we warn you all to WATCH OUT! The important issue here is that, all of us, as the vanguard of the TRUE Mortagge Fraud resistance movement in this nation, ought not and will not allow the FL Attorney General to attempt to turn blatant criminal fraud into simple malfeasance. This we aver is the true intention of this Attorney General as he shops around for lobbyist positioning rewards set for two years from now! It is so obvious when you see that other Attorney Generals across this country have accomplished so much more for their constituents than McCollum, although he has all of the most vital intelligence evidence to work with then all 49 other Attorney Generals put together. This is not simply caution by the FL AG’s office, this is carefully planned deceit!

We need to work together to expose this fraud before it manifests by placing our hard gained accomplishments at the very point where we initially started! If I am wrong, McCollum, make yourself usefull!
