URGENT CALL for affidavits executed by LPS

Hello Hamleteers,

What a whirlwind couple of weeks. And it is still picking up steam!!

Presently I have an urgent call/need for documents executed by Lender Processing Services (LPS) AFTER September 2008. Do not be confused with the Alpharetta, Georgia company DOCX. LPS is attempting to distance itself from DOCX by claiming it is merely a subsidiary, or an outsourced service provider. This call/need is specifically for Lender Processing Services documents from either the Mendota Heights Mn. (Dakota County MN) or the Jacksonville FL (Duval County FL) offices.

This is an effort to prove as false the statement made by LPS spokespeople yesterday, found at the following link: http://www.lpsvcs.com/NewsRoom/Pages/20101004.aspx

I am looking for the following documents without respect to the name of the robo-signer, lender, servicer, trust, plaintiff, etc., and in the following order of priority (though any that fit the LPS and date criteria are welcomed) :

- Affidavits of merit

- Lost note affidavits

- Affidavits of military status

- Assignments of mortgage

Please identify in the subject line which type of document you are attaching. In the case of a combination affidavit of merit AND military status (which is common) please identify it as an Affidavit of merit.
