Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

Hello vickie- I thought there was to be a chat going on here to offer any suggestions. Since you have Ocwen as a servicer and forecloser, documents are probably signed by one "Scott Anderson" , with a squiggle, or squiggle marks as a signature. Go to livinglies website, type in Nye Lavelle, and he has a 15 page or so primer on Ocwen and Scott Anderson, along with variations of his "signature" posted on the site. If it can be inferred in a legal action that the person signing the documents has had his/her signature forged by others, then that casts suspicion on the other party and may give you a second chance. Although I am not exactly sure how you would go about this short of hiring a conpetent attorney, maybe someone on this blog could steer you in the right direction.
