They are scared of us. ( OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO JOIN MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS

You guys have to read this motion, it is only five pages long, and it will make you laugh. You will laugh when you realize just how much of a panic Wall street is in over the way The People like us are fighting them. They are in a state of panic. they are afraid of us because we are unorthodox. We come at them off-key and they are not accustom to that, they do not know how to adjust and defend themselves; we do not play fair because we are not attorneys, we do not know the rules so we fight dirty and it is how we win.
In this motion they are demanding that I pay them attorney's fees for defending against my threates to flood the courts with 10 million individual lawsuits if the court do not join all the lenders in one single suit in which every American consumer can be a plaintiff.
I promise you will get a laugh at the folly and audacity of these attorneys. The judge still has not ruled on the motion as yet. He's been keeping us sweating for months.

Comment by Muckle on January 13, 2010 at 10:19am: Hey Dave, I say we are unorthodox because we ae not bind by "their" court protocols a far as the way we have to present our cases. We are the ones figting dirty because we do not follow "their" standard procedures. lol. While we are using stret smarts and comonsense to fight them, they are bound by their own rule and protocols, and stadard of excellence. When there are rules to be followed in these types of situation, the outcome is usually railroaded to a certain degree so that everyone come out smelling. We have changed the rules. We don't want settlements, we are demanding justice. The game has not changed, we are just bending the rules.

I wonder if the public land records department is aware of how many false/fabricated documents are being recorded? Sooner or later they'll have to "get it," hopefully!
