THANK YOU ALL -- the reason I am not responding immediately is because I am at a trade show with my husband this weekend. This is what he does and on the weekends (after working all week) I help him. Signing something and saying "with prejudice - under duress " etc etc is very helpful. I truly would never think to do that, Would that work? At least it would be on record that I really don't want to do this, I can read responses but I can't reply for the moment so don'tthink I am ignoring you guys -- you are my lifeline and I truly appreciate it.
