Special Majistrate

Has anyone received an ordeer from a foreclosure judge that your case is bbeing turned over to a special majistrate? I see on our county website that is the next notice we will be receiving. At our first hearing I filed a motion to dismiss for lack of standing and possible fraud. My question is this. What should I be expecting from this next step in the foreclosure mess. Any help will be welcome.

I am going through the same thing, I have a forclosure on my home for 6 months of proper tax and a loan refinance that went from $39,000 to $85,000.00. when at thattime my parents home was then in forclosure as well, I have received so many papers in the last 2 moths , and have my 1st hearing in July 2011, and want to tell the Judge they Ripped us off.
