Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

Securities Fraud??? Naw...these nice bankers would never do that, would they???

Hello my fellow Hamleteers!

I am presently preparing to take the next step in my personal stand for the truth, what is right, honest, and especially legal...in my own personal situation as I continue to fight the fraudulent foreclosure that ultimately robbed me of my home (eviction was March 8, 2012) after my 2+ year battle in all stages of state court (limited civil through the appellate process to the Supreme Court of CA) and in Federal court (bankruptcy as well as a Removal to Federal court of my UD (Unlawful Detainer/eviction action). I did have some "hints" dropped to me along the way by knowledgeable people" in foreclosure defense as well as more aggressive "foreclosure offense" (ie: QT/Quiet Title) as some of my fellow Californian Hamleteers are personally doing Pro Se in their own cases with pretty good success, I might add. If I could have caught my case soon enough and gone on the offensive early on, I may not have ever met all of you Hamleteers and those who just read the articles and information posted on this website to inform yourselves and "take the pulse" so to speak, of American Homeowners engaged in a foreclosure or mortgage, modification, or related court actions who are the ones seeing this war up close and personal despite what is or is NOT reported in the "lovely" (sarcasm intended) media in this country.

I will most definitely keep up on this "Testimonial" that was begun early on in my arrival on the front lines of this war almost overnight. I had gone from not even knowing what that "dad-gum pile of documents that could choke a horse that they call a note and a 'mort-gage' or 'deed of trust' I signed the day I 'borrowed money'"... to where I am now: I've peeked behind the 'curtain' (as in OZ) and I see things quite a bit differently a little over 2 years later. I by all means never profess to know much. What I can say is that by trial and error, and mostly from the mistakes I made along the way in this intense court battle. and the nuance of court procedure I learned enough to have kept me in my home almost 2 years past the point of no return in CA UD court actions...from what I hear from foreclosure defense attorneys here in CA and around the country...is that CA is especially tough to fight foreclosure due to the court climate which is predominantly hostile to the homeowner, legal counsel or not. In fact, it is that way in every state from what I hear from others about the courts around the US of A.

I plan on returning soon to the next phase/round in the 8 related court actions that were filed as I attempted to keep my home...OR AT LEAST STALL THE ROBBERY A BIT LONGER. I want others to read it as I go along in order that what I do may inspire others to stand for the truth...which a healthy dose of such would settle most of the foreclosure mess overnight. Granted there would be many who know they deserve incarceration and monetary fines for their "crimes against humanity" (rendering homeless of millions), which seems a mild punishment for such atrocious acts of dishonesty and thievery.

By the way, I am going to 'try to' have a new (and very recent) photo for my foreclosurehamlet.com account when I start my new "round" soon. The present photo was "pre-foreclosure". Yep, I gained some weight (sitting at a desk and pouring over legal documents and law books 24/7...no 25/8, eating 'not-so-healthy' food tends to do that to a body...not to mention the stress of it all, and being a single mother was very difficult...even borderline "hellish" at times), I lost some of the weight I had gained and then gained back some more, lost much more, etc. Whew! I am determined to not allow hardships to derail taking care of my health! My kids depend upon me, so I cannot nor will not foolishly allow my health to decline. Now I am ready to don "business attire" and go back to court with the material I have been researching for the past 3 months since I was evicted. I've already lost my home, so there is no time pressure (and there is no statute of limitation on the issue I'll be addressing next (hint: see the title above and the keywords and tags below).

I am trying to refrain from stepping up on my "soap box" too much. It is very difficult to avoid the temptation to get all riled up about this foreclosure disaster...and I will hold off on the soap box stuff until I have actually taken the "next step" against the entities who participated in the denial of my 14th Amendment rights in the 8 courts involved in the fight to keep thugs from stealing my home. More on this to come in the next few weeks)...and so I bid you all 'adieu'.

Until next time...

~Millie~

So Millie, what happened when you requested (in writing, return receipt requested) your original promissory note? Being in a non-judicial, no deficiency state, surely your obligation was satisfied with the sale.
