Rogue Foreclosure Mill Harmon Law at it again.

This time the wild and crazy bunch attempts to defy an Order to Stay by a Federal Judge.

Let's take a look at the order and see if there is any wiggle room.

Paragraph 4 - "All mortgage foreclosure cases are hereby STAYED and shall remain so until further order of the court. Any deadlines for filings on any issue are hereby suspended."

Seems pretty clear to me. Maybe the good folks at Harmon Law accidently sent their copy of the order to LPS for some repair work. Or could it be that they interpret the STAY order to exclude evictions?

Oh boy, I hope the SS Harmon has "security glass" like they do in their office...she's taking on water!

(Don't worry...Captain Mark and First Mate Andrew are safely in the lifeboat. The rest of the merry crew is on their own.)

Comment by Ace on August 25, 2011 at 6:16pm: One could assume that before bailing from the SS Harmon, Capt' Mark shouted an 'Order To Stay' The Course and the rest of the crew, sans 1st Mate Andrew, were confused with their equilibrium being thrown off and the epirb's going off all around them.

Their Contemptuous decision has put them directly into the storms path.
