As you will see by the attached I tried everything possible to save my home, investment and credit rating. Then I was put in jail by David Trott by some obscur law having to do with illegal use of a computer. Seems I do scream when being raped. I have e mail from David Trott himself personally refusing payment and much more but do not know how to add here. I will forward by e mail to any interested party.

In the end, the judge ruled that the bank/Trott did not have to show proof of deed/title or offer any comfort that my investor would receive same on payment of funds. I was also refused a jury trial. Now it is apparent that I am also the victim of mortgage fraud and even have e mail instructions from the mortgage broker of how to "adjust" my loan docs.

As the public becomes more informed it is obvious what Trott and his ilk were/are afraid of. There was no conflict as the ends and aims of the parties, payment of the debt in full, had merged, As such I had put all faith and trust in the advice and direction of the banks attorney throughout the process. As I tried but could not find an attorney to take my case I had no other choice. From his misinformation and omissions I believe I have a case for wrongful foreclosure.

I am seeking an attorney or to join a class action to bring these foreclosure mills to task taking their ill gotten gains and bringing them to justice. Any help would be appreciated.
