I know for fact that this happens everyday, not only with Wells Fargo , but all of the other

lenders as well.  I am a retired banker of 38 years, having taught FHLMC/FNMA guidelines and

in attempting to help some friends get loan modifications, they lie to me as well stating guidelines that  don't exist in an attempt to intimidate customers. The lies they tell the

american people daily is criminal.  I was on the inside at corporate too long and it is a game

they play.

@ Mark. I don't believe that Mr. Stumpf will see this before his lawyers do, hopefully one of the lawyers will wake up and see the writing on the wall. And, if Mr Stumpf does see it 1st he probably doesn't have a conscience to give a F***.
