Question??? Can anyone answer? What happens to current lawsuits IF a FraudclosureGate deal is struck by the FEDS?

AXJ is calling for an immediate stay of all pending foreclosures and if the original Note did not appear then the bank had no standing to foreclose. If the home has been sold to a third party they move out and go after the bank that foreclosed unlawfully.
