PROTECTING CARYN GRAHAM, AND OH YES, STILLWAITNG FOR HSBC MORATORIUM ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE REST OF THE "CLASS" AS IN CLASS ACTION!

Hello Fellow Foreclosure Fighters:

Always something new on this front---yesterday Marshall Watson hired a law firm (Conroy Simberg et al) to challenge our intended depo of the multi-hatted Ms. Graham who is a simultaneous member of the Bar and a Vice President of MERS. Ms. Graham who signed a MERS assignment to BAC in one of our cases.

Strangely, Caryn does not want to come to the depo. Should we view this as another "full employment" for lawyers opportunity? When we begin to depose the lawyers (and clerical help) in the law firms who are moon-lighting as officers for MERS and various banks--the legal cavalry will be recruited to file protective order motions --and then we will be waiting for the wisdom of the judges to issue their rulings.

On another note, we have inquired of the Kahane law firm about the HSBC moratorium on ALL foreclosure sales without any response as yet.

Can this announcement in their motion be viewed as false information about a federally chartered bank,and is that a no-no?

Ah-the mystery of it all!

Looking for attorneys for HSBC victims of judicial sales after Nov. 3, 2010 (date of Motion ) to present a challenge to those sales since the moratorium was allegedly being "implemented" on Nov. 3rd and a Miami Dade Judge accepted that as true and cancelled one sale based on that. Maybe you all could move to vacate those sales by HSBC (and likely sold to HSBC) on the basis in Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.540 (b) providing for correction of "mistakes" and thus they were void, or voidable.

Or, could those victims comprise a class action against HSBC for violation of equal protection?
