Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure
...START A VIGOROUS NEW INVESTIGATION INTO MORTGAGE BACKED SECURITIES FRAUD AND THE AMERICANS IT IS FORCING INTO HOMELESSNESS
There are many facets to this Fraud. I touch on only ONE in this post. ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES must investigate all facets of this FRAUD as I have.
In light of the various atrocities that have been committed by the Big Banks, Foreclosure companies and their contracted law firms, I think it is about time that the Law Enforcement officials in OUR country, The FBI CID
(Criminal Investigation Division), The U.S.P.S.(Postal Inspection Service),
DOJ, HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development), OIG (Office of the
Inspector General), OFHEO (Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight),
IRS, ALL State and Local Law Enforcement, Regulators and YES even us Americans
to investigate the FRAUD being perpetrated through the U.S.P.S.
What is the U.S.P.S. doing to combat Mail Fraud via these law firms who are transferring fraudulent Home Loan Mortgage documents thru the U.S.P.S.?
First The Originators created a system called MERS, which was illegal in its inception. MERS was set-up with what appears to be an intentional and illegal way of recording
these fraudulent Home Loan Mortgage documents.
Second, filing these fraudulent documents at the Registry of Deeds and forwarding copies to every homeowner using the U.S.P.S. is an illegal activity in itself. Fraudulent documents being moved using the U.S.P.S. seems to me as a VERY important issue that should warrant an investigation.
Third, it is also documented that foreclosure law firms are manipulating the mail machine systems in their offices in an attempt to gain a Summary Judgment to foreclose on
American homes. How is this achieved? By programming and eliminating the
postage date on the letters that are being sent out to litigants, American
Homeowners. What is more appalling is that these letters are making their way
through the U.S.
postal system without a problem. This fraud became apparent to a Hamlet member
while visiting the Palm Beach
court and observed a particular law firm amassed over twenty summary judgments
in less than an hour. Interestingly the first question that was asked by the
Judge was, if the client was notified? We all know what the answer to that
question was. Sure they were notified, the question should be, When and How was
the homeowner notified? Show the Proof of Postage, SIR.
The word to the wise is to keep all envelopes and staple them to any correspondence received from All Banks, Lawyers and Foreclosure Mills...Because you might just need them in court!
Can you say Mail Fraud Anyone?
The FBI’s MORTGAGE FRAUD OPERATION "QUICK FLIP" in 05’ did some good.

And the FBI’s Operation Malicious Mortgage did even a little more.

As an American Citizen, I ask for the above named LAW enforcement entities etal, to investigate with the same vim and vigor that you would have saving your own homes, please.

Thank You,
