Well, we beg to differ Sir.

In fact, all you pigs' asses on the bankers' panel with your inane attempts to contain the massive foreclosure fraud to a few improper affidavits filed in judicial state foreclosure courts. Um, that would be a hell to the no from us you out-of-touch management team bankers. You all sure are nice an polished, rehearsed with your PR/legal speech writers prettying up the foreclosure fraud that screams of the origination and securitization and balance sheet fraud that has been hoisted on the American public and global investors.

Again, for clarity's sake, presumption of falsity for every word spoken, every document produced, every press release, every testimony, every court case, every foreclosure, every securitization document, every prospectus, every pooling and servicing agreement (PSA).

These banker reps are scrambling like a dozen eggs at breakfast time!

So, first we have infamous GMAC/Ally robosigner Jeffrey Stephan, whose signature has always been remarkably consistent irregardless of the fact that he signed ten thousand assignments of mortgage per month without any valid authority to do so. (anthology here)

One of these Jeffrey Stephan assignments of mortgage assigns a mortgage from HTFC Corporation to Wells Fargo. Jeffrey Stephan executes the document on behalf of HTFC Corporation while employed by GMAC/Ally. Mr. Stephan's signature seems odd on this document. Eng Assignment.pdf

It is unclear how Mr. Stephan has any relationship to Wells Fargo.

What is clear is that a NY judge will have none of this fraud upon his court! The judge tossed out the case after reading an affidavit by a representative of HFTC Corporation which averred the fact that Mr. Stephan has never been employed by HFTC Corporation nor has Mr. Stephan ever been granted the authority to execute assignments of mortgage on behalf of HFTC Corporation. How many millions of illegal and wrongful foreclosures have ended with a family dispossessed & evicted out onto the street? How many hundreds of thousands of those were GMAC/Ally foreclosures? Or JP Morgan Chase foreclosures? Or Wells Fargo foreclosures? Or Bank of America foreclosures? How many were aided and abetted by MERS?

Now, in this one case, we are talking about a mortgage of over a half a million dollars, $560,000 to be exact. So, was HFTC Corporation AND GMAC/Ally and Wells Fargo all claiming this as either a tax write off for being a non-performing loan or as money on the balance sheet? Was this mortgage sold up the securitized mortgage bond river? Into one or more trusts? What of the investors in these bonds, you know, the teachers, nurses, union workers, police, firemen, plumbers? Our cities, towns, and municipalities invested heavily in these empty, fraudulently misrepresented mortgage bonds. Right, exactly! America's been had, first as mortgagors and then as investors. Talk about getting it from all sides!

Who exactly is being unjustly enriched by these wrongful foreclosures? Who is getting free homes here? Who is evicting families out of their American homes after fabricating all the "evidence" needed to prove their fraudulent, illegal claims to the families' homes?

Stay tuned as I attempt to obtain a copy of the bank reps' affidavit and maybe a bonus Jeffrey Stephan endorsed promissory note!

See, robosigned affidavits are the tip-top of the iceberg and we are all on the Titanic full steam ahead! Improper, criminal revocations of satisfactions of mortgage, assignments of mortgage, revocations and corrections of assignments of mortgage, affidavits of correction of MERS MIN numbers, assignments of mortgage by dead or bankrupt institutions, etc, etc, etc. These criminal predators have defiled our entire nation's land records and clouded property title ownership in this country forevermore. It's not just the activists and attorneys saying this!
