OH REALLY? Back in February 2010, we found a veritable cornacopia of a special-type of "call a spade a spade" fraud where the word BOGUS was actually used in the document itself. Some of these BOGUS documents were found in the "show me" state of Michigan!
From

"What I presume happened is the illegal document creation company (DocX in these instances) was swamped and the employees got sloppy in their rush to complete their work. The template was not properly changed and the result is BOGUS. Note the GRANTEE on the following attachments. Bogus Assignee for Intervening Assignment?
Boguswayne1.PDFBoguswayne2.pdfBoguswayne3.pdfI welcome links to free online searches in any county in Michigan or assistance with covering the cost of an account with any county's registrar of the deeds. I must be able to view the documents themselves. I will gladly spend time researching & investigating examples of other types of fraudulent land records (assignments of mortgage, affidavits of lost security instruments, and satisfactions of mortgage) to post for the world to see how these arrogant financial predators have criminally defiled our land records and disabling our ability to effectuate reliable land transfer.
As long as I have the time, this investigation offer stands for any county in any state in America.
