This is a notice for a free seminar, paid for by my tax dollars, for foreclosure mill staff.

Where's my free seminar on how to defend myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"In an effort to provide information to the support staff of law firms practicing in the area of foreclosures, the 15th Judicial Circuit will conduct a training seminar designed to assist the Court in its efforts to process more efficiently the high volume of paperwork passing through the residential foreclosure division. It is strongly encouraged that every law firm practicing in the area of foreclosures arrange for the attendance of the office manager or supervising paralegal at this seminar."

Comment by lela on November 5, 2011 at 10:56am: Their focus should be on training the clerk's office on how to accurately file pleadings and documents into the court dockets to better represent the court record. Their dockets are plagued with incorrect representations of the filing of pleadings and other docket items. Moreso, they should train their staff on how to better supervise and secure court file reviews. On any given day, staff allow people to obtain records, turn in their driver's license, and DO NOT Observe people looking at court records. Isn't that what they are suppose to do? It would be better use of tax payer dollars. Focus on effiicent and effective operations.

Since when does the county government use taxpayers dollars to facilitate the foreclosing of one's property?

Did I miss something here? Did I hear you say that you are conducting a seminar in helping people avoid a fraudulent foreclosure? I am concerned and very pissed off that the county government would take sides on the issue of foreclosure. Not only take sides but use taxpayers money in order to facilitate the taking away of their homes by fraudulent foreclosures. Do you also conduct seminars for criminal lawyers to help them prosecute alleged lawbreakers? Or how about seminars to help attorneys to defend banks that have perjured themselves and committed fraud in a Palm Beach County courtroom!

I believe I need to contact the states attorney about the use of taxpayers funds for this exciting endeavor you are pursuing. I am also sure that the Palm Beach Post would be interested in letting all of the people of this county know exactly how you are spending their tax dollars.
