Ohio appellate decision on affidavits

Homeowners are getting slammed in Ohio with fraudulent filings (judicial foreclosure state).

I have reviewed affidavits filed in our county court with sworn statements by the "servicer" that the "TRUST" holds and owns the note as the "proof", while at the same time the copy of the electronically scanned image of the note attached to either the complaint or affidavit has no endorsements to any other entity from the original lender or even an allonge to the "TRUST". Of course, there is always the famous mortgage assignment attached that also assigns the "debt".

This decision will help those of us who are fighting back and refuse to pay an entity who cannot prove they are entitled to such. It's time to wake these county courts in Ohio up!
