IN CA people have had a major setback trying to bring these fraudulent foreclosures to light!!!!
I recommend we start a separate ISO Signer for California?
I have already found several Title companies signing Foreclosure documents for Trust Companies which in turn are signing fraudulent foreclosure documents for non-judicial proceedings!
Arizona is full of Leticia Quintana robosigning for MERS while working at Recontrust!!!!!

With these guys the bank will negotiate when they see the strength of your LEGAL TEAM, specific AUDIT, expert witness and CASE documents..! BTW: I am NOT being paid to endorse these guys. The goal is to get the bank to negotiate principal reduction, reduced rate, longer terms or cash for keys. On my loan, the Substitution of trustee naming California Reconveyance as Trustee is signed by MERS Vice President HUEY-JEN CHIU. Two months later, the Notice of Rescission is again signed by HUEY-JEN CHIU but her title is Vice President of California Reconveyance! In my research I have discovered she actually worked for Washington Mutual and now works for Chase. I have also discovered that California Reconveyance, an entity who conducts thousands of foreclosures, is owned by JP Morgnan Chase. In September of 2010, famed ROBO-signer Colleen Irby who signs as an officer of MERS assigned our mortgage to JP Morgan Chase. Her signature is the infamous figure 8 symbol. For those of us who are in litigation against the banks we are making new law. The judges who sit and hear our cases have a very difficult decision to make because there is no case law to justify what they write. They are putting their necks on an appeal/Supreme Court chopping block. This 'Settlement' has opened the kimono for judges to decide in our favor if they feel the issue is morally justified even though there is no case law to back them up. This is a gift from heaven in the legal system and will cost these banks WAY MORE!!!! over the years than this settlement and will scare the demons from them.
Even though this is a very heated issue...as always...calm heads prevail.
