Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

Not to offend anybody by taking the light away from Florida, BUT....

More Wells Fargo Woes | Full Deposition of Stanley Silva, Notice of Default Robo-Signer

http://4closurefraud.org/2011/01/21/more-wells-fargo-woes-full-depo...

THIS IS HUGE!!!!!

IN CA people have had a major setback trying to bring these fraudulent foreclosures to light!!!!

I recommend we start a separate ISO Signer for California?

I have already found several Title companies signing Foreclosure documents for Trust Companies which in turn are signing fraudulent foreclosure documents for non-judicial proceedings!

Arizona is full of Leticia Quintana robosigning for MERS while working at Recontrust!!!!!

Leticia Quintana is a Prime example, just ask Beth Findsen Esq. at

http://findsenlaw.wordpress.com/beth-k-findsen-attorney/

In fact, I wouldn't even be surprised if Beth has already depo'd her!

There are several ways to access LA County public records.  First you can go to this webpage and run grantor/grantee searches, although if you're looking for robosigners who signed docs on behalf of an entity, you may or may not be able to locate them through this portal.  If you can provide me with more details as to what you're looking for, I can better answer your question.  For example, are you looking for certain recorded documents?  Do you know the names of the parties?  Are you looking for robosigs from certain people?  All of the public recorder docs are at the LA county recorder's office in Norwalk, CA.  If you know what you need, your sis in law can go to the Recorder's office in Norwalk and obtain either certified or plain copies.  Each doc is 4.00 (5.00 for certified).  If you use an intermediary, it will cost you much more for the service charges.

Just a note, don't know if this will help any of you, but it was something that a gal who is fighting tooth and nail for california homeowers in Washington DC. Anyway Cal. Civil Code section 3412-3415. I don't know how many have used it yet, but very interesting codes. The only reason I was told about it is BAC in there demurrer to my complaint used 3399 instead of just coming out and admitting they switched my deed of trust and note,,,they altered the documents and I have the proof. And they are fighting tooth and nail big time. I have not even been able to get past a TRO/Prel. Injunction since 12/27/2010. And after having 2 different lawyers look at the loan documents they could not believe the mess...And keep a what on those sub-trustee's..most of the notarys, at least with recontrust, are employees of recon or BANA or BAC. Any one needed more info on any of those 3 email me. I have contacted the OCC and found letters from OCC to BANA and CW at the time of the merger...very interesting.

Hi James!

This is an awesome idea! I live in CA and am fighting against the parties who are trying to boot me out of my home so they can sell it to a third party. I am appealing my UD, and I had to file BK to stay the eviction...and you betcha, I am going to file an Adversarial Claim in the BK! I have tons of docs from my CA cases in which I am defending my home! I would love to be able to upload them for others to see.

"L", is it ok to upload complete documents, such as pleadings and rulings, etc?

This is great, Califfornia ISO.  We need to stick together on this.

whatsignature.com is a great site.  To make it even better, everyone should email their docs to the webmaster (you'll see info on site as to where to send them).  Many of mine are up there already.  There's a bunch for CA and so if we send in our docs, getting additional robosigs will be much easier to find.

Jack, try "whatsignature.com" I found another one of T.Sevillano on there w/the page from the notaries book.. Oh, since it BAC, look to make sure the lenders name is on the sub-trustee and assignment if one had not been recorded before. Recontrust, MERS, and The Bank of New York Mellon as trustee for the Pool never said a word about the orig lender in the recorded document. And if you have The bank of new york mellon as trustee check the date you signed your loan.

Looking for assignments, declarations, substitutions of Trustee etc.  --- signed by BAC reps promoted to B of A vice presidents  - - -such as Keneisha Hunley, Laura M. Pirritano, Debbie Maga, Jody N. Barren.  In one case, one of the BAC reps in Simi Valley CA was apparently NOTARIZED as personally appearing by a notary in New York, Dolores Bald.   Where can we find an updated link to these signers and notaries?

Sorry, I put T. Sevillano as VP, she is Asst. Sec. My mistake, sorry.  And on most docs with her signature the last name is complete, not initials.
