I live in California, what records first in a foreclosure, NOD or Sub of Trustee. My Sub of Trustee was notorized on July 27, 2012 but not recorded until 8/21/2012. My NOD was recorded also on 8/21/2012. Any responds? I have a sale date for 2/11/12
