New assignment of mortgage
Yesterday, after 7 months, after the bank dismissed it own case, they filed and assignment of mortgage, that was not in the 2009 suit.
So, here we go again!
Has anyone heard of Swarupa Slee, Vice President of MERS or Martha Munoz, same title?

YEs. My family member has a assignment by Martha Munoz. She is a known robosigner. Can you provide a copy of the assignment? Also, check when the trust closed if your mortgage was assigned to a securitized trust. Odds are the are simply trying to assign your mortgage to a trust that closed years ago. IT might also attempt to use language such as the assignment simply "memorializes a transfer that took place on date X" to get it through the court by seemingly predated the alleged transfer.
Challenge this. Dont let them get away with that type of BS...
