Never lost a case!

Called a lawyer last week, and finally spoke to them by phone.

Explained to the young lady, about our home, and we were NOT WALKING AWAY, and  we want someone to help us fight for our home.

Of, course we discuss attorney fees, etc.  Then she says to me, we have never lost a case! Well, my reply was to ask, how this lawyer has never lost a case?

She replies we do in Deed in Lieu of.

I reply, what part of NOT WALKING AWAY, did she not hear?

I have a real problem with any lawyer, who says I have never lost a case.

Arrogant people is not something I care to deal with. If they had been more honest, and said, we will do our best, or we have lost a few,might have made a differnce to me.
