I kept new people out of my house from 04-08-10 until 01-05-11..  for 9 months ...I filed a Quiet Title ( QT) action [ as Pro Se ] that was very weak ...

 

So I vacated the action "without prejudice"  in Dec.2010 ..following my counsel's advice.

The reason was that the auction buyers attorney filed a motion to have my Lis Pendens  ,  Quiet Title  dismissed ,  and to Court Order the prohibition of me filing anymore actions concerning Title ..with  ... prejudice ! 

My attorney stated that should the "new owners" attorney win a Court Order  " with Prejudice...I would be " S.O.L. " and could not file a new Q.T. in the future .

My vacated QT with "out prejudice"  would leave a window open for a future action's. The new owners accepted ,and a  week later a new family moved in . Could be a rental contract , because I did not see any Title transfer in the Property Records....from a re-sale up to yesterday. How could they re-sale with a cloud in the Title, and with no assignments ?  ,.....I don't know .  

My case will continue with a better offense on the QT. action ..For now there's  strangers living in my house...

I get so angry ....but I had to lose a battle , but I may still win the war ...

i dont want a new family to move into my house. my situation was temp. now jobs are pouring in so sad
