MISSION:CRITICAL - H.R. 3808 Needs Congressional Attention! Insist Upon a Congressional Vote to UPHOLD the Presidential Veto!

A fellow Hamlet Member asked me to post the IMPORTANT information below. Please use it for bringing greater awareness to your Representatives in Congress TODAY!!

This is MISSION:CRITICAL

Dear Congressman _________,

I am a citizen of ____________ residing within your district. I have grave concerns about the potential of President Obama's VETO of H.R. 3808 being overridden in today's session.

Since the "robo-signing" story was made public on September 20, 2010, it has become clear that the mortgage meltdown, the housing crisis, fraudclosuregate--call it what you will--involves numerous layers of impropriety, flouting of long-standing black letter law, and fraud by lenders and loan servicers. Overriding the Presidential VETO of HR 3808 will merely pave the way for an order of magnitude more of same.

I want to point out that within the video deposition of Crystal MOORE (Part 3), as posted on YouTube, there are a series of questions pertaining to Crystal MOORE’s digital signature of documents.

While the ENTIRETY of this series of Video depositions is COMPELLING, I would encourage you to REVIEW the video deposition Part 3 and in particular the portion between 9:04 mins (~10:46:30) and 11:30 mins (~10:49:15):

Therein, you will hear Ms. MOORE explain that she has given her employer a digital version of her signature, WHICH IS APPENDED TO DOCUMENTS SHE NEVER READS OR SEES, APPARENTLY WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE.

I believe that this video needs to be SHOWN TO ALL THE CONGRESSIONAL STAFFERS and ALL THE CONGRESSMEN who believe that the Dodd-Frank Digital Robo-Signing Act (H.R. 3808) is INNOCUOUS.

It is readily apparent to those who are knowledgeable about foreclosure mill practices WHY this bill is being pushed by the Banksters. PERHAPS HEARING THE CRIMINAL PERPETRATORS OF ROBO-SIGNING DESCRIBE THEIR OPERATIONS IN THEIR OWN WORDS WILL HELP YOU AND OUR OTHER ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES UNDERSTAND JUST WHAT THEY ARE SUPPORTING.
