I do not believe it to be a matter of hope; it is simply a matter of time.

I hope so too Capt. Jack.

I hope so.  It is hard for me to understand how the others with single state operations have gone down, yet this one with operations in MANY states continued business as usual.  Ask John O'Brien, registrar of deeds, he sees the documents every day of the week.  And every law enforcement officer has known about this for HOW LONG NOW?  At least since 60 minutes aired the Linda Green story.  Even worse than that 60 Minutes story Harmon has ATTORNEYS on staff who are also known robo-signers (including Mark Harmon himself).  Now that is something of a coup.  Officers of the court - robosigners, creating the evidence they need to pursue their clients' legal action.  If you look them up in the bar registry - they all have no disciplinary history.  How can this be?

Come hell or high water this man will be stopped. He will not win.

Unfortunately, no one appears to be doing anything to stop this fraud machine.  Well connected; well financed and endowed with the knowledge that no matter what - nothing will stop us.  Unlike the David Stern lawfirm and others, Harmon proudly goes on building an empire one house at a time.

Imagine that a law firm can be profitable stealing homes, using fraudulent affidavits etc.  and the AG's office does nothing.

Hard to feel sorry for those scumbags.  No excuse - if you have a law degree you have an obligation to fight those bastards not work for them - not like they are getting paid anything.  The good news is, these disgruntled employees may be ripe for the picking as expert witnesses to fraud.

I went through my registry, and  there are thousands  in mine as well.

My favorite comment was a current employeee ( 11/11) who said "they were under investigation by the Attorney General's Office (with 'good' reason).

Do you have a link and again I ask will anyone care?  They are able to keep business as usual even though they ("officers of the court") filed more than 20,000 fraudulent assignments in one registry

Read the "glass door" reviews  of people working for Harmon Law.  It should be entitled "Harmon Law Employees throw Harmon Law Under the Bus".
