MAKE THIS PERSONAL FOR YOUR LEGISLATORS!!!

What I suggest each and every homeowner does, is make this "corrupt land records" a personal issue for your legislators. They think this is a DEFAULT issue. We all need to inform them that this is NOT default, non-default.....this is CORRUPT LAND RECORDS!!!

I am sitting down with as many legislators as I possibly can and showing them the robo-signers, MERS, breaks in chain of title ON THEIR OWN LAND PROPERTY RECORDS!

Please join me in this mission. Let's take this issue and make the legislators understand that the corruption of our land records goes well beyond the defaulted homeowner. It goes well beyond this issue. It affects every homeowner across this country that has done business in real estate in the last decade.

Please help me on this quest.

The banks were sued by the investors long before the borrowers defaulted on their loans. RTC vs. Key Financial (2002). The banks were cheating the investors and used the loans from 2003-2008 to bait new investors to payoff the old investors who had already figured them out. It was a Ponzi scheme. The banks collapsed the economy - and trapped the borrowers in a situation where they couldn't sell, refi or even rent their homes because they owed more than the home was actually worth. Ask your Legislator, "Did you consider the appraisal on your home as a key reason you bought your mortgage?" "Would you have purchased your home for $250,000 if it was only worth $175,000?" "The banks controlled your appraisal, right?" "What's your home worth now?" "Is that your fault - or the bank's?"
