I have a mortgage with Beneficial Finance, My mortgage originated Feburary 07,2001 for the original amount of $ 133,704.42, And early on in our mortgage I started to notice
discrepancies in the accounting of our Mortgage payments and balances. Its Always been this way. And We have never received our regular monthly statements
So it was always very difficult to check things out, As to why so many late or missing payments always seemed to happen to us.
As this foreclosure started drawing near I really became concerned as anyone would. After closely looking at our documents I have realized quite a few problems.
One that really bothers me is the fact that Beneficial Finance has kept two sets of records for our account. This is really troubling to us.
Due to the fact they are determined to foreclose on our home of 21 years. Knowing the fact there are two sets of accounts for the very same mortgage.
As we only have 1 main first mortgage. I am attaching two documents to this email I only pray you will take the time to review these and let me know how
Your office of Trustee`s can justify auctioning off our home this coming week February. 03-2011 knowing there are indeed at least two different account numbers for
the very same mortgage loan? These Are not the only concerns I have, I am looking for a qualified professional
to do a Through Audit of our Mortgage, With The Loan numbers of 661708 522359 And 661708-005224124 these two numbers have been continuously referenced thru out the term of our mortgage,
in rotation with no apparent pattern. Some of my documents will have one account number , Then some others will have the other account number. I really do not understand
How any one could claim with any amount of certainty how our payments have actually been applied over the years. And We are talking about a family`s home here. This is not taken lightly by me.
Because I know for a fact just by the documents in my possession this is not a one time typo. It Has consistently occurred throughout the life of the loan.
