On December 20, 2009, Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corp., a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB transferred this asset over to another financial institution, via a straw-man-tax-evasion-shell MERS. This transaction was completed within days after a foreclosure action was initiated.

Of course, the MERS MIN Lookup, that emphatically trusted source of loan ownership information, gives different info. Hmmmm, wonder if Fannie Mae, or Freedom Financial, or MERS or Lehman Bros (?) is claiming this ACTIVE loan on their books as a performing asset, despite the fact that it's a non-performing loan and the basis of a possibly illegal foreclosure action.
