Kindly let me explain what the schedule means in non-technical language.

First, Nation Banks cannot lend their credit; I have the best ruling, and there are many, from US Supreme Court, early on that was handed down because of the continuous corruption of the Banksters and the reasons national banks cannot lend their credit is so that we do not wind up where we are now; A systemic global financial failure. However, the only one suffering as usual because of their greed is we, the regular Joe.

Second, many of the lenders were lending money for loans they would ultimately become the trustee for.  What that means is that those trusts are not bankruptcy remote.

The biggest kick in the ass of all, is that not one mortgage funded with this money is legal because they never told you who the true lender was and the true deal into which you were duped. This was fraud in the factum and fraud in the execution of the Mortgage Contract. Therefore, what really happened here is that they violated the statutes of fraud and the Mortgage Contract is void as a matter of law and the criminals are entitled to nothing in equity because the come many times to the table with Unclean Hands and those with Clean Hands wins the Day. In a true and just world, that would be the reality, but in a world such as we live, this matter is a hard fought battle.

You were intentionally mislead; the Banksters intentionally concealed the true lender from us; the criminals knowingly concealed the true lender; they knowing mislead us; and we would not have entered into these contracts had we know the true nature of the deal; and because of the banksters deception, we were fraudulently induced into these contracts to our detriment and have suffered serious harm.

In other words the people or entity you thought was lending you money was NOT.
