Judge Rondolfino's 7-page opinion regarding "verification of the complaint"

there is apparently a 7-page written opinion by Judge Rondolino from the Fl 6th Circuit in Pinellas County that states that “any verification of a foreclosure complaint must be in conformity with F.S. 92.525 as construed by Moss v. Lennar Florida Partners, 673 So.2d 84 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996)”.  does anyone know the case and case # that he rendered his opinion for?   and does anyone have that opinion to email?
