Lest it not be recognized, Captain, activist citizen Bob Marley submitted a masterful pro se amicus brief, in response to the SJC's request for same.

Sadly, the SJC is also making challenges to foreclosures harder (at the eviction stage where once distressed homeowners were given another "bite of the apple" to challenge standing and irregularities) and allowing foreclosing parties to not comply fully with the letter of the law. See the October 2012 FNMA v Hendricks case.

They never had standing and They never will have standing. On to the next battle. Injury infact, there is none.

To you black hats at Harmon read it and weep. Some of you might want to jump ship now; before it's too late.

Well Capt., another nail in the coffin for the bad guys. The rule of law lives in MA.
