this appeal is pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(4), which
permits review of nonfinal orders that determine jurisdiction of the person. Because the
appellee Stearns Bank, N.A. ("the Bank"), did not sufficiently show that it perfected
substituted service on Mr. Baker, we reverse.
