GMAC defense attorney

This letter was sent to me from a friend in Delaware who is doing battle with GMAC and had filed a complaint against Nikole Shelton's notary bond. The lawyer in this letter contacted me by phone regarding a request I made for a notary journal from Aixa Torres at GMAC. I mailed him my request as per his instructions about three months ago and have never heard from him again. Voice messages, e-mails nothing. On page two it seems as though they are accusing him of making false statements to the court[ how ironic ] and demanding he retract his complaint. Does anyone have any idea how a group of notary clerks can afford to retain a law firm of this size? Just sayin!
