Fraudulent Signers--I know one personally! Unbelievable!

So I did some digging last night, and it turns out that an old friend of mine is one of the signers of the fraudulent documents! She is one of my Facebook friends! I worked with her at Pizza Hut in my first year of college and later at a sporting goods store in Louisiana.

I haven't seen her in years and she recently found me on Facebook, where she told me she works for Bank of America. But she is signing notices of trustee sale as an "assistant secretary" of Recontrust (I found some of these notices online)! She must work with the woman who signed my documents as an "assistant secretary" of the following: MERS, Recontrust, and BAC Home Loans Servicing.

This confirms my suspicion that the signatory on my documents does not work for either MERS or Recontrust, yet signed my foreclosure paperwork as "assistant secretary" of both of those companies. The signatory, Jill Arnold, works for Bank of America, I am now 99.9% sure. So that means that Ms. Arnold--an employee of Bank of America--authorized an assignment of my mortgage (and purportedly, the note) from MERS to Bank of America. Can you say conflict of interest? Can you say blatant fraud? MERS was only used as a cover story for the fact that Bank of America is trying to assign a Note to itself--which as far as I can tell, is legally impossible. Furthermore, Bank of America has already admitted that Fannie Mae held the Note in question at the time of my complaint, which of course was not filed until AFTER this assignment flim-flam.
