This comes from elsewhere - it's a suggestion re: how to do a FOIA request from Fannie (in the event you cannot locate your loan on Bloomberg). If you're going to try this, PLEASE let us know how it goes. Here is the info from the other site:
FOIA Office of Records Management Services. The man I spoke to said to send in a request and ask for S1 or any mortgage backed securities for Fannie Mae for the time frame I want. He said not to ask for specific mortgage information. He said to email it to foiapa@sec.gov and I will have to search through the info they send back.
That is what I am going to do.
