Re: the article on Foreclosurefraud stating that a petition has gone to the Fed against the consumer protection ageny. Perhaps we should send the Fed a petition stating that Wall Street Trust Banks, the "investors" on whose behalf homeowners are denied the HAMP loans, should not be sacrosanct/ beyond the reach of litigation. I was astonished to learn this during the recent hearing on foreclosures (Waters subcommittee.) Why are they above the law? Even if corporations are "people," no individual should be above the law.
