Reckoning, first off, check out my blog about forcing them to produce original - they never do. Once you respond to my friend request, I'll let you know a little more, I would strongly suggest you NOT hire an attorney! Very few good ones, Matt Weidner in St Pete, Carol of Foreclosure Digest is another, and there are a few others, but they are few and far between!!

just wanted to clarify, since i can't find an edit button :)

I do think there are many who again are playing the scam on desparate souls just wanting to save their home ...
but, i do think there are those who really want to help if only they can be found.

who to trust?
HUD, HAMP, MHA, or all those letters one receives in the mail wanting to help you get a lower costs, saying they are working in the programs through government?

the more you learn the more you really just don't want to know ...

sorry Capt. Jack for high jacking your post :)

walking in the county courthouse ...
what do you need to get from them?
what would you be requesting?

I have spoke with 2 lawyers locally ...
1 told me there is nothing that can be done until you are placed in foreclosure. and the other 1, LOL! I love this! said " why would you want to request a Loan Audit against them, that will just tick them off" honest!
lol ...
now why would it do that? :)

which will you believe ?

I am trying to find info on how to request documentation without putting up a redflag, can i walk in and just ask? then hand over more money for fees.
I can only find partial info on their website... and what exactly do you ask for.
QWR? from lender ... Loan Audit ? where do you begin when you know time is pressing from the lack of finances to keep things going...
i want to be ahead of their game!this time!
