Here's my comment. Long before I decided to quit making payment on a loan that mysteriously popped up as mine right after the Nov 2009 BA servicing change, BA had already defaulted on our deal. They didn't acknowledge or reply to any of the 4 QWR's sent from Dec 2009 thru July 2010. I continued to make payments thru April 2010 and offered to bring MY LOAN CURRENT if they investigated the problems. No Response. They just started foreclosure. NOD recorded by QLS and they weren't the SubTrustee yet. Now based on what I know this info above shows that BANK OF ASSHOLES was the party that defaulted by not following their lawful duty to reply to any of my QWR's while I was still current. Also the change of servicer letter states that the terms, the payment, the balance of the loan won't be effected. Well ALL OF THOSE THINGS WERE CHANGED, including making a 30 yr amortized loan a 10yr/20yr Interest Only loan. They still have not responded to this since NOV 2009.
