I just called
Home Loan Servicing Default
7757 Bayberry Rd.
Jacksonville, Fl 33256
She answered the phone and stated she is Christine Riley and she called me back to inquire as to why I called.
I have a copy of her signature on a document... or an electronic signature
contact me @ firstname.lastname@example.org
My pass through trust is / was 2007 OA-4. I have learned that it was not a stamp, but electronically applied, such as from a computer, and it was used, as far as I have proof for,
assignment from WAMU to: JP morgan Chase, US Bank NA, BOA, Wells Fargo. Each one of these companies had a person of their own write the assignments for them, all of the companies stated above have different handwritings, so they assigned them when and wherever they wanted using that same reproduced signature. Also, in the SEC docs, I think I found proof that the "Trust" cannot Foreclose on the notes in the Trust, only the servicer, if that matters anyhow.
I just filed my lawsuit in Colorado against BOA ,Chase, Lasalle Bank and Washington Mutual. The phone number I found is on this website somewhere, in Florida. It is all BS coverup. I only gave the court enough to get them going, but I have much more proof to provide as they try to lis to the court and make there docs "look" real.
