Broward Circuit Judge Patricia Cocalis dismisses Stern suit with prejudice Oct. 28 2010-WOW

Hello Friends, I am ecstatic about this rulin by the courageous retired Judge Patricia Cocalis ruling in favor of foreclosure victim on 10/28/10 dismissing another Stern lawsuit with prejudice and settiing a hearing on sanctions. I will delve into this and find the motion and underlying issues which I hope are pretty standard.

News flash: robo signer kRYSTAL HALL has signed an assignment of mortgage in a case in Dade as a MERS vp nominee for First Franklin Division while swearing in another case in Idaho that she never worked for First Frankln, in fact she swore that she worked for Security Connections for four years prior. (Maybe Security connectons really is a parent of all companies worldwide?)

It is really difficult to keep this all straight,---- this tangled web of lies. But we must keep on investigating this national ongoing disgrace - I truly believe that we can prevail ----but the effort must be more unified to gain the strength needed in time to head off those who would propose a national amnesty for the crooks.!!!!

SO, I am proposing a Natonal Foreclosure Defense League with membership open to Lawyers, lay persons, victims, etc. and Judges!!!! (Especially Patricia Cocalis)

I will incorporate this today and advise asap of the next steps for all of you and me.
