These above referenced slender reeds exist in the guise of blatantly bogus
mortgage assignments and deeds growing thickly on the banks of America's public records, deed registries, and courts of law.
The weak, ineffective protections offered by the triumvirate; the executive, legislative and judicial governmental branches, continue to
allow (with tacit complicity) illegal evictions of millions upon
millions of families per year based on these documents. Is it not
obvious that ALL mortgage assignments fabricated by DocX, FIS, LPS, New
Title, foreclosure mill outsource sites (aka "forgery factories"), etc.
are totally incompetent to stand as evidence to oust anyone from their
home, let alone be a reliable record of asset or property transfer? These documents do not speak of a handful of fraudulent foreclosures but offer evidence of a hellish abomination: ALL securitized mortgages were fraudulent from origination through foreclosure, through post-foreclosure sale and debt collection attempts of any deficiency and/or second mortgage,
A short study of America's online public official records and deed
registries show these BOGUS mortgage assignments have papered our country in a thick, opaque layer of fraud, deceit, and thievery. We
did not examine documents in any county that has either no online
access or charges fee for accessing this public information. We choose
counties with the easiest online public record access without any
attention to a specific study methodology. I will confess to being physically ill while doing this research.
I feel a deep ache for the families behind these documents. I wonder how they are faring post-foreclosure. I wonder if title companies insured these homes when they were (or will be) sold by the foreclosing entities to new owners.
As I said in an email I sent out last week, "What I presume happened is the illegal document creation company (DocX
in these instances) was swamped and the employees got sloppy in their
rush to complete their work. The template was not properly changed and
the result is BOGUS. See these documents are notarized and witnessed,
just like every other fake, fabricated mortgage assignment leading to
attached. I've included the Florida ones again here for organizational
purposes, a few Georgia and California (missing Stanta Clara document# 20318824 due to problems with their site)
examples and also plenty from Illinois, Kentucky,
Nevada, and Michigan. There is also a document with minutes from a
Minnesota meeting where the Steele county clerk admirably rejected an
attempted recording of one of these clearly bogus assignments. Study some of the creative backdating on these, in some cases back to the 1950s.
And FURTHERMORE, in judicial states, these documents passed the "scrutiny" of a judicial gatekeeper who then granted a foreclosure? This is justice? For whom exactly?
My convictions are only strengthened as my heart breaks for my country.

If ANYTHING ever should be investigated under the auspices of HOMEland security, wouldn't this be it, for every single foreclosure in the past 7 years?
