BANKS ARE HALTING FORCLOSURES IN ALL 50 STATES. OUR FEDERAL LAWSUIT IS WORKING!!

I did not come back to brag or boast, but I just want to let you guys know, especially those who doubted, mistrusted, and ridiculed me that the Lawsuit I filed on behalf of all Americans is working.
On Monday I received notice from the court that the court DENIED the Banksters motion to strike my appeal joining the government with the
banks, On Tuesday, our attorney general Martha Coakley sent a letter
asking all the banks to halt all foreclosures in Massachusetts, all the
50 states are about to follow. Some banks have announced halt to all
foreclosures in 23 states, and Bank of America has announced a halt to
all foreclosures in all 50 states. Do you supposed that it is all
coincidence, or because the banks suddenly have a change of heart?
WRONG!

On August 28,2010, the 3rd anniversary that the federal court issued an injunction to stop the foreclosure of my home, I electronically filed an Emergency motion with the First Circuit Court in Boston asking them to make a preliminary finding that the government failed to respond to the lawsuit, therefore the demands of the lawsuit should be granted, "An immediate Cease and Desist Order against all foreclosures in all 50 states. They are responding to my motion because neither the government nor the banks have filed any objection to the motion.
Attached it the copy of the Motion. Read it. The banks say they are halting all foreclosures pending investigations. The Motion asked that all foreclosures be halted, "pending investigations". Of course they are not going to give me or anyone of you who helped me the credit, but that's okay. is it credit we look, or results? All I asked is that you all be A BIT MORE PATIENCE AND DO NOT ACCEPT ANY DEALS FROM ANY OF YOUR LENDERS. DO NOT SEEK NOR ACCEPT ANY SETTLEMENTS. LET OUR FEDERAL SUIT DO WHAT ALL THOSE WHO HELPED ME WITH IT DO WHAT WE MEANT FOR IT TO DO; TO FREE US ALL. In order for us to get any meaningful results, then WE MUST ALL UNITE AND STAND TOGETHER AS ONE, and demand that Wall Street relinquish and severe ALL ties to our family homes. No more must our homes be traded on the world's market like cattle. Only Community Banks should hold community mortgages. That is the goal.
