AXJ USA REQUESTS EXECUTIVE SEC FEDERAL ENFORCEMENT ORDERS

AXJ USA calls for:

An immediate investigation into all Foreclosures of real property since 2007, and an immediate freeze on any pending or future foreclosures, while an in depth investigation is carried out regarding the Ponzi, Rico and Securitization Schemes carried out by many financial institutions in the United States, among them those listed below, which have defrauded the American People of their real property.

Immediate enforcement orders to all the above mentioned financial institutions to freeze those amounts stated below by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, in the United States of America and abroad, via the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, and to immediately deposit them in a Trust of, for and on behalf of the American People and acting as Trustee of same the International Civil and Political Rights Organization known as Actions For Justice ( AXJ ), to be deposited eventually in the Treasury of the United States of America once all legal matters and cases in lis pendens are resolved.

Immediate enforcement orders sent to the US Attorney General, all State Attorney Generals, and Law Enforcement to cooperate to the full extent of the Law in aiding AXJ and its members in the ongoing investigations not only of the financial institutions listed below, but of all Courts and legal proceedings involving financial transactions, including in the US and foreign Stock Markets, of Mortgage Backed Securities, including real property in the United States of America.

A new Bill to be presented before Congress to give American Citizens a "New Deal" and help struggling Americans get over the recession using the money collected from the Banks and the TARP funds returned to the Congressional Budget Office and now available. President Barack Obama said on Thursday Oct. 11th that "we got back every dime we used to rescue the financial system."
