Let's find hundreds of these documents! Rogue robosigner, Linda Green,
signing without authorization, on behalf of MERS.

Please do some research to find out the foreclosure mill who filed the document. This can be found by finding the Lis Pendens that "matches" the unauthorized assignment of mortgage.
See there's a document where...........ahem........."the truth" comes out......allegedly. Linda Green did NOT have authority to sign for MERS on Oct 17, 2008. So, let's assume she didn't have that "authority" for late Sept. 2008, all of Oct 2008 and early Nov 2008. So, maybe we are off by a few weeks, but hey, this is all in good fun anyway, right? I mean, what's a few hundred or thousand American homes, families evicted, right?
Don't limit this to Florida. This trash is all over the good old U.S.of A!
Remember, Linda Green, signing on behalf of MERS, in the fall of 2008.

review the attached corrective assignment of mortgage by Shapiro Fishman. Apparently, the original AOM signed on behalf of MERS by Linda Green was deficient because Ms. Green did not have signing authority from MERS on October 17, 2008.

While the exact time frame that Ms. Green was or was not an
authorized signer on behalf of MERS is yet to be determined, I suspect other documents may be similarly deficient.
For example, the
attached AOM by Ms. Green signed on September 25, 2008 on behalf of MERS, was recorded in a Shapiro Fishman (see Lis Pendens) case in Palm Beach County. This family's home was scheduled to be sold on 4/29/10 but for some reason the sale was canceled.

The docket is here. Off topic but of interest, the final judgment was granted one week BEFORE the filing of the original note and mortgage.
